Welcome to the College of Social Sciences and Public Policy (COSSPP) at Florida State University! We are FSU's third-largest college with 12 academic units and 12 centers and institutes, our award-winning faculty produce leading research in their fields.

Student Spotlight: Allan Shakhinovich Nabiev
Allan Shakhinovich Nabiev – fourth-year student majoring in political science with a minor in law enforcement intelligence – recently began an internship with the Florida Department of Corrections’ (FDC) Security Threat Intelligence Unit (STIU).
Alumni Spotlight: Katherine Reid
Katherine Reid – a three-time COSSPP alumna (B.S. International Affairs ‘18; M.A. International Affairs ‘19; Ph.D. Public Administration and Policy ‘25) – guest lectured at the University of Sussex about incel violence for two of their graduate-level terrorism courses.
