Emily Boykin

Biography

Emily A. Boykin is a doctoral candidate of Public Administration in the Askew School of Public Administration and Policy at Florida State University. Her research analyzes public management, public budgeting and finance, and policy issues particularly within government contracting, higher education, and among fiscal shocks. She is published in flagship journals including Public Finance and ManagementJournal of European IntegrationJournal of Public Procurement, and European Journal of Public Procurement Markets.
