Biography
Mengjie (Serena) Long is a Ph.D. student in Public Administration at Florida State University. She received her B.A. in Public Administration from Renmin University of China and her M.P.P. from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where she also worked as a full-time research assistant prior to beginning her doctoral studies.
Her research focuses on emergency management and network governance, with particular interests in applying network analysis to understand interorganizational collaboration, policy implementation, and governance processes in complex policy environments.
