Younghyun Cho

Biography

Younghyun Cho is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Askew School of Public Administration and Policy at Florida State University. His research interests primarily relate to collaborative governance, policy evaluation, and citizens’ perceptions of public service provision, with a specific focus on housing and environmental policy. His studies have examined the impacts of collaborative networks on housing outcomes, the role of representation in mitigating technological discrimination, and how firefighters perceive racial diversity within their organizations. Younghyun’s work has appeared in the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Public Administration Quarterly, and the Asian Journal for Public Opinion Research.
