COSSPP Student Elected Student Body President for 2024-2025

Jackson Boisvert – dual major in Economics and Political Science – was elected as FSU’s Student Body President for the 2024-2025 Academic Year.

The Student Body President, elected by their fellow students each spring semester, administers and enforces all laws of the Student Body. 

In the position, Boisvert will also work to create programs that address students’ needs and serve on the FSU Board of Trustees, the Student Affairs Advisory Council, the Athletics Board, and the Foundation Board of Trustees.

Boisvert has demonstrated his commitment to leadership and service through numerous roles within the FSU’s community.

He previously served as the President of the Interfraternity Council, the Student Body Attorney General for the Student Government Association, and the Vice President of Alumni Relations for the Garnet and Gold Key Leadership Honorary.

Originally from Orlando, Florida, Boisvert has a strong passion for advocacy and student safety. His leadership extends beyond administrative roles, having spearheaded various initiatives aimed at enhancing the campus environment and promoting student welfare.

Upon graduation, Boisvert plans to pursue a career in law and public policy.
