FSU’s Geography Department hosted their monthly Colloquium last Friday, October 3, 2025.
The event, titled, “Ask the Geographers: An Open Dialogue with Faculty” was an open and informal forum where students could connect directly with Geography faculty and bring their questions about the field, research opportunities, or career pathways.
Eight faculty members shared their experiences and perspectives, providing students with the opportunity to engage with faculty outside the classroom, learn about diverse areas of geography, and explore how the discipline can shape their academic journey and future career.
