Biography
Dr. Holmes examines the physical and socio-economic impacts of and planning actions to address weather-related hazards and disasters in the US Southeast and Caribbean region. Her research and teaching philosophies are guided by a desire to expand critical thinking, technical competence and hands-on engagement to solve complex planning problems.
