International Affairs
Major:
Total of 40 hours of IA approved courses:
- 4 hours of Required Courses (INS3003 + INS2010), and
- 36 hours of International Affairs coursework from at least 3 different participating departments, with 12-18 hours within a single department to complete an area of concentration.
Minor:
Minimum of 18 credit hours, beyond the CoreFSU requirements, with grades of “C-” or better. Course work must be taken in at least 3 participating departments. Modern language courses numbered above 2999 may count towards the minor. 9 out of the 18 must be above 2999. A maximum of combined total 6 credits in internship and directed individual study may apply towards the minor. All courses must be from approved course list.

Asian Studies
Major:

- 24 hours of Area Specific Coursework
- 12 hours of International Affairs approved coursework
Minor:

Major:

- 4 hours of Required Courses (INS3003 + EUS2931), and
- 24 hours of Area Specific Coursework, and
- 12 hours of International Affairs approved coursework

Asian Studies or LACS Business Track Emphasis Major:
Total of 40 hours of approved courses:
- 4 hours of Required Courses (INS3003 + ASN2299 or LAS2004), and
- 21 hours of major’s Area Specific Coursework, and
- One of the two possible 15 hour business tracks (International Marketing/Management – OR – International Finance)
