Mark your calendars to join us on October 10 at 4:50p.m. on Zoom (bit.ly/IA-Fall23-DOS) for a panel discussion and Q&A to hear from our alumni working with the U.S. Department of State.
The panel will be moderated by Lee Metcalf, Ph.D., Director of FSU’s International Affairs program, and features the following FSU alumni:
- Guillo Cintron, Senior Counterterrorism Program Manager for Tunisia and Algeria (U.S. Dept. of State Contractor)
- Howard Shores, Foreign Affairs Officer for the U.S. State Department’s Office of Missile, Biological, and Chemical Nonproliferation
- Terry D. Mobley, Foreign Service Officer, currently on detail as Diplomacy Chair at the Army’s Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth
- Alden Green, Foreign Service Officer, currently on rotation in the U.S. State Department Bureau of Counterterrorism
The panelists will discuss their backgrounds and their path from FSU into federal service.
