Doug Schrock

Biography

Doug Schrock, Ph.D., earned his doctorate in Sociology from North Carolina State University in 2001. Dr. Schrock examines the reproduction and challenging of inequalities from an interactionist perspective. Much of his work focuses on gender, with a focus on culture and identity, emotion and embodiment, and personal and social change.
