Biography
Kyle Rose’s research lies at the intersection of mobilization and digital communication technologies. Kyle is nominated for the Graduate Student Representative of the Collective Behavior and Social Movements section of the American Sociological Association. He has earned grant funding, presented, and published research on the effects of social media deplatforming and on influencer-audience relationships. His dissertation explores digitally enabled performances of leadership in the climate activist movement.
