This ticketing service can be used for both technical support and COSSPP website update requests.
1. Visit the FSU Service Center website:

2. Choose the “Report A Problem” option:

3. Select COSSPP IT Support from the drop down list:

4. Select your priority, fill out the subject and description, attach a file if needed, and submit your support request.
