This summer, Florida State University’s Department of Economics Chair and Director of the Stavros Center for Economic Education Joe Calhoun, Ph.D., co-led economic reporting workshops for journalists in the South Caucasus.

Engage Magazine is the College of Social Sciences and Public Policy’s annual magazine highlighting the successes of our students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
Kelly Zhang – an FSU alumna and current Master’s in Applied Economics Kaul Fellow – was selected for the 2022-2023 North American College Model United Nations All-Star Team for her excellent contributions to FSU’s Model UN Team.
The Master’s in Applied Economics Program (MAEP) hosted its Fall 2023 Career Day on Friday, October 20. MAEP’s Career Day occurs twice a year and connects current and prospective MAEP students to alumni and employers.
