The College of Social Sciences and Public Policy invites our Summer 2023 graduates to join us for a come-and-go reception in Bellamy’s First Floor Atrium on Commencement morning from 9 to 11 a.m.
Garret Coleman – a fourth-year student majoring in Economics and Sociology – was elected to serve as the President of Florida State University’s National Association for Business Economics (NABE) for the 2023-2024 school year.
Allison Kope – a two-time COSSPP alum – was recently promoted to Vice President of Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) Cross Asset Analytics at Citibank.
Megan Skowronski – a Florida State Sociology doctoral student and COSSPP alum – recently won the first-place prize at the Institute of Successful Longevity Student Poster Day competition.
Two of the nine current and former Florida State University students who have earned scholarships through the prestigious Fulbright U.S. Student Program are studying under the College of Social Sciences and Public Policy.
Florida State University awarded honors medallions to 331 high-achieving graduates during a ceremony on May 1, 2023, at Ruby Diamond Concert Hall. Fifty-seven of the recipients were graduating students in the College of Social Sciences and Public Policy.
