COSSPP Alumni Spotlight: Madeleine Siegel

Madeleine Siegel – a first-year Juris Doctor candidate at FSU College of Law and a COSSPP alumna (B.S. Interdisciplinary Social Science and Spanish ’21) – currently serves as the Chair of FSU’s Law School Council, where she facilitates all operations, such as ensuring funding requests are distributed properly and equitably among student organizations. 

COSS Student Leadership Council wraps up a successful 2022-2023 academic year

The College of Social Sciences Student Leadership Council (SLC) provides personal and professional development opportunities to students in FSU’s College of Social Sciences and Public Policy (COSSPP) and serves as a liaison between the student body and the administration, advocating for the needs of students and the strategic initiatives led by the College.  

World Affairs Program Ranked Tenth in North America 

The World Affairs Program (WAP) at FSU wrapped up an exciting 2022-2023 school year. Delegates won 63 individual awards and took home five delegation awards, resulting in Florida State’s #10 ranking in North America for the Fall 2022 semester, surpassing all teams from Ivy Leagues and other Florida universities.
