Nike Campbell – Ph.D. student studying public administration and policy – was selected for the 2025 Association of Public Policy Analysis and Management (APPAM) Equity and Inclusion Student Fellowship.

“FSU’s Reubin O’D. Askew School of Public Administration and Policy is well-known for academic excellence and rigor. Student Spotlight: Sina Jangjoo

Sina Jangjoo – a Florida State University doctoral student in the Askew School of Public Administration and Policy – was awarded the FSU Graduate School Student Leadership Pursuit Award.

“My time at FSU has thoroughly prepared me for my career by providing rigorous academic training, valuable research experiences, and significant leadership opportunities,” said Jangjoo. “The collaborative projects, mentorship roles, and teaching assignments I’ve undertaken have greatly enhanced my professional skills and academic expertise, positioning me effectively for my future academic career.”

Student Spotlight : Jared Bethke

Jared Bethke – second-year urban and regional planning master’s student – secured a $450,000 grant for the construction of the Welaunee Greenway recreational trail in Leon County as part of his FSU-funded Blueprint Intergovernmental Agency Internship.

“My internship at Blueprint, along with professional development courses, helped me land a job as a full-time Transportation Planning Consultant in Austin, Texas, starting in August 2025,” Bethke said. “I would not have reached this point without the support of the faculty, my education, and the extracurricular resources provided by FSU.”

Rodolph Adonis – a first-year master’s student pursuing a Master of Public Administration (MPA) – was selected as a 2025 American Society of Public Administration (ASPA) Founding Fellow.
